REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Gitau Mwea (deceased), of P.O. Box 106- 10200, Murang'a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0812 hectare or thereabouts, known as Murang'a Municipality Block 11/224, situate in the district of Murang'a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate's Court at Murang'a in succession cause No. 728 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Mary Mugeci Gitau (ID/7338942), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed to the said Mary Mugeci Gitau (ID/7338942), and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Joseph Gitau Mwea (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
