WHEREAS Carolina John Mash', of P.O. Box 80366-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing (1.0151 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XV/420, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been (sot, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
