IT IS notified for the general information of the public that the Coffee Sub-sector Implementation Committee (CSIC) appointed on 30th September, 2016 by the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, shall be converted to a Standing Committee to be known as the Coffee Sub-sector Reforms Implementation Standing Committee and shall comprise of— Joseph G. The terms of reference of the Committee shall be to— (a) co-ordinate, oversee and monitor the implementation of the Coffee Sub-Sector Reforms; and (b) prepare and submit quarterly reports to the President on the progress of implementation. 2. Sub-committees The Committee may establish such sub-committees as may be necessary to execute its mandate. 3.
