APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 71(1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation, appoints— EDWARD KOBUTHI (DR.) to be a Board member of Water Services Regulatory Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 25th September, 2020. The appointment of Kennedy Onditi* is revoked with effect from the 23rd March, 2020. Dated the 24th September, 2020. SICILY K.
