REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles registration Nos. KZF 619, Mercedes Benz, KAR 334Q, Nissan and KHV 499, Renault, which are lying at our yard in Madaraka, off ole Sangale Link Road and the owners of household items lying in our store at New Kireita Building, Kirinyaga Road, belonging to (1) Mary Chepyator and (2) Lydia Langat, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles and household items within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid vehicles and items are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof. Dated the 8th July, 2020. PETER M.
