NOTICE is given to all Members of the County Assembly of Nandi and the general Public that, pursuant to Standing Order 30 of the Nandi County Assembly Standing Orders, there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly at the Assembly Chambers, Kapsabet Town on Friday, 17th July, 2020 at 9.00 a.m. The following shall be the businesses to be transacted- (a) Tabling of Powers and Privileges Committee Report on Inquiry into 'the Conduct of the Ad-Hoc Committee that was Investigating status of Kapsabet Municipality and projects under Kenya Urban Support programme. (b) That this House adopts the Report of Powers and Privileges Committee on Inquiry into the Conduct of the Ad-Hoc Committee that was Investigating the status of Kapsabet Municipality and projects under Kenya Urban Support programme.
