REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mwawusoko Kotah (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Taita Taveta/Modambogho/5584, situate in the district of Taita Taveta, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate's Court at Voi, in succession cause no. 50 of 2016, has issued grant and letters of administration to (1) Nancy Wambui Kiragu and (2) Selina Mkamaghanga Mwawusuku, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to John Mwawusoko Kotah (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Nancy Wambui Kiragu and (2) Selina Mkamaghanga Mwawusuku, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Mwawusoko Kotah (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
