REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gidraph Mathenge Theuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kamara Mau Summit Block 3/145(Jogoo), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court at Nairobi, in succession cause no. 88 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of Veronica Wamochi Mathenge, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Gidraph Mathenge Theuri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 and issue land title deed to the said Veronica Wamochi Mathenge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gidraph Mathenge Theuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
