REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elizabeth Thairora Kariuki, of P.O. Box 36711- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Tinganga/Anmer Block 8/1561, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed and reconstruct the land register provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
