APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of powers conferred upon me by the relevant laws stated hereinafter, I, Josphat Koli Nanok, Governor of Turkana County, make the following appointments: (a) Pursuant to powers conferred upon me by section 45 (5), section 30 (2) (a) and section 30 (2) (1) of the County Governments Act, I re-assign the following County Chief Officers to the Department/Dockets listed in the third column of the Schedule 1; (b) Pursuant to powers conferred upon me by section 30 (2) (a), section 30 (2) (1), 30 (3) (a) and section (30) (3) (c) of the County Governments Act, I appoint on temporary/acting capacity, the County Chief Officer in the Schedule 2, to the office of the County Chief Officer in charge of the Department stated in the third column of the said Schedule 2.
