NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 1st October, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1016, in Volume DI, Folio 37/879, File No. MMXX, by our client, James Kairang’a Gitiiya, formerly known as James Kairang’a, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Kairang’a, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Kairang’a Gitiiya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Kairang’a Gitiiya only.
