REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwakai Mwakidzungu Mwachai, administrator of the estate of (1) Willy Ndoro Chai and (2) Mwachai Mwakidzungu Mwasad (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Forodhani/366, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card can not be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
