THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Githere Kinuhi, of P.O. Box 78358, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 3.238 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kericho, registered under title No. Kericho/Chilchila/Kunyak Block 2 (Urafiki)/84, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
