REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Robert Orina Mosioma, of P.O. Box 220, Molo in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 1.25 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru/Kivulini/35, and whereas the land register/green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register/green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed and reconstruct the lost green card as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provide that no valid objection has been received within that period.
