IN EXERCISE of powers conferred upon me by Article 179 (2) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 and section 35 (2) (i) and section 35 (2) (1) of the County Governments Act, I, Josphat Koli Nanok, Governor of Turkana County, having appointed the persons listed in the schedule below on the 3rd January, 2018, to hold the office of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of the respective departments listed in the fourth column of the Schedule for a period of two (2) years, extend their respective contracts, for a period of one (1) year, with effect from the 3rd January, 2020.
