APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, the Chief Justice appoints the following magistrate as a special magistrate to preside over cases relating to corruption and economic crimes in the area of jurisdiction of his current court station and such future court stations deployed to from time to time. 24th January, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 557 The appointment takes effect from the 20th January, 2020.
