ACT

NOTICE is given under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle KBY 942E, Beiben Truck, to collect the said vehicle from the premises of Joyland Storage Yard, Elgeyo Road, opposite School of Hearing Impaired, Eldoret, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all storage charges failure to which the said vehicle shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds will be utilized to defray the storage and other incidental charges and or costs and the shortfall, if any, will be recovered from the owner through legal proceedings.
