(ii) KSh. 21,448,100.00 held at Equity Bank, Mandera Branch, Account No. 0580277482028 in the joint names of Abdi Mohamed Ali and Saadia Sheikh Osman. 3. THAT a Preservation Order is hereby issued prohibiting the 1st and 2nd Respondents and/or its representatives, employees, agents, servants or any other persons acting on their behalf from transacting, withdrawing, transferring, and/ or dealing in any manner howsoever in respect of funds held in the two accounts named in order no.(2) of the Notice of Motion for a period of (60) sixty days from today. 4.
