NOTICE is given pursuant to Article 178 (2) of the Constitution
and Standing Order No. 14 (4) of the Vihiga County Assembly
Standing Orders, that the County Assembly of Vihiga during its sitting
held on Thursday, 19th March, 2020 duly elected—
ZACHARIAH OYIENGO MUREFU
to be the Deputy Speaker, County Assembly of Vihiga, with effect
from date of that election.
