BILL

PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 32 (1)-(4) of the Vihiga County Assembly Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of the Members of County Assembly and the general public that there shall be a special sitting of the County Assembly to be held on Tuesday, 7th April, 2020 at the Assembly Main Chamber, opposite Vihiga Police Station, Vihiga, at 9.00 a.m. for the morning session and 2.30 p.m. for the afternoon session. The business to be transacted shall be to— (a) approve the Report of the Committee on Selection on Population of Members to Committees; (b) commit the 3rd Supplementary Budget Estimates for the FY 2019/20; (c) consideration of the Budget and Appropriation Report on the 3rd Supplementary Budget for the FY 2019/20; and (d) consideration of the 3rd Supplementary Appropriation Bill FY 2019/20.
