APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (g) of the
National Construction Authority Act, 2011, the Cabinet Secretary for
Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public
Works appoints—
DAVID MWANGI GAITHO (QS)
to be a member of the Board of the National Construction Authority,
for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th January, 2020.
