TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 40 OF 2020 By Josephine Syombua Barnabas Wambua, of P.O.Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Muli Wambua, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 10th February, 2001. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2020 By (I) Calvin Mweu Nzyoki and (2) Bernard Mutua Nzyoki, of P.O. Box 5-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Nzioki Mutua, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
