TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 35 of 2020 By Jacinta Wachira, of P.O. Box 28, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administartion intestate to the estate of Newton Gitonga Njiru, who died at Embu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2018. CAUSE No. 41 of 2020 By Grace Mary Muthoni Kingangi, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administartion intestate to the estate of Ephantus Kingangi Kivao alias Ephantus King'angi Kivao, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
