TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 472 OF 2019 By Francis Onyango Othuon, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Othuon Sule, who died at County Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 4th February, 2019. CAUSE NO. 99 OF 2020 By Esther Omollo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Rajwaya, who died at Kadongo Sub-location in 2007. CAUSE No. 106 OF 2020 By (1) Millicent Achieng Otieno and (2) Hesbon Otieno Oywera, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Otieno Ojuok, who died on 8th March, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
