TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 55 OF 2020 By Musyimi Samuel Nzuma, of P.O. Box 460, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Muema Nzuma, who died at Matheni. CAUSE No. 59 OF 2020 By Roman Muthusi Mwatu, of P.O. Box 121-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate William Mwatu Kitele alias Mwatu Kitele, who died on 5th August, 1985. CAUSE No. 61 OF 2020 By (1) Patrick Kangu Ngemu and (2) Silvester Masia Ngemu, both of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Elizabeth Kanini Ngemu alias Elizabeth Kanini Kangu, who died at Maryland, USA, on 3rd May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
