TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 81 OF 2019 By Robi Mongosi Tubiti, of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mongosi Tubiti Getando, who died at Igena Sub-location, on 8th October, 2017. CAUSE No. 18 OF 2020 By (1) Susan Gocha and (2) Dorice Anindo, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Chacha Gibita, who died at Komotobo Sub-location, on 29th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
