TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 93 OF 2019 By William Kiprotich Kibusio, of P.O. Box 698, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabusio Chepsergon Kipsirgon alias Kibusio Chepsergon, who died at Lombala, Rosoga, on 13th July, 1997. CAUSE No. 95 OF 2019 By Joseph Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 698, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot Chepkaitany, who died at Saos, Koibatek in 1960. CAUSE No. 96 OF 2019 By Robert Kibe, of P.O. Box 217, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammett Kipchilim alias Samet arap Chilim, who died at Poror Village, on 5th August, 1978. CAUSE No. 11 OF 2020 , By Hosea Kiplagat Yator, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsongol Cheruiyot, who died at Rosoga, on 4th April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
