TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 26 OF 2020 By Stephen Ogola Paye, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ouma Otieno alias George Anton Evans Otieno, who died on 15th May, 2000. CAUSE No. 28 OF 2020 By Jane Akinyi Ouma, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Ouma Akuku, who died on 13th December, 2001. CAUSE, No. 29 OF 2020 By Benter Anyango Owaka, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Owaka Machogu, who died on 15th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
