TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 218 OF 2019 By Abizag Mucogo, of P.O. Box 36, Kiritiri, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Mugo Nyaga alias Samuel Mugo Njuthi, who died at Makupa, on 7th February ,1996. CAUSE No. 67 OF 2020 By (I) Apijah Kagure Nyaga, (2) Edward Nyaga Ngari and (3) Joseph Ireri Ngari, all of P.O. Box 39, Kiritiri, the deceased's daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngari Ndurushi, who died at Embu Hospital, on 8th June, 2012. CAUSE NO.111 OF 2020 By (1) Joyce Ngungi Njagi and (2) David Munyi Karani, both of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karani Kanguru, who died at Embu Hospital, on 22nd October, 1996. CAUSE No. 113 of 2020 By (1) Mbuya Mung'ei and (2) Peter Hudson Njeru, both of P.O. Box 274, Embu, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mung'ei Ngungi alias Mungei Ngunyi alias Mungei Ngunyi alias Mungei Ngungi, who died at Kiambere Sub-location, on 24th April, 1997.
