TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 60 OF 2019 By Ann Jepkorir Kirop, of P.O. Box 91, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kiprop Kipyego, who died at Kapchepsar Sub-location, on 28th April, 2002. CAUSE No. 72 of 2019 By Abraham Mengich Chepsat, of P.O. Box 544, hen in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepsat Chemetich, who died at Iten C.R. Hospital, on 4th December, 2016. CAUSE No. 6 OF 2020 By Josephine Jeruto Kiplagat, of P.O. Box 297, Iten in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Jepkemoi Kiplagat, who died at Iten District Hospital, on I 1th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
