TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 238 OF 2019 By Paul Muchoro Karuku, of P.O. Box 120-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tito Karuku Muchorui alias Tito Kariuki Muchorui, who died at Temyotta on 15th December, 2006. CAUSE No. 5 OF 2020 By Serah Wambui Kiarie, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kiarie Njuguna, who died at Thigio Sub-location, on 25th February, 2005. CAUSE No. 30 OF 2020 By Nelson Kamau Thuo, of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wangui Thuo, who died at Kiambaa Sub-location, Kiambu, on 18th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
