TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 28 OF 2019 By (1) Moses Njehia Gichimu, (2) John Ngigi Gichimu and (3) Charles Chege Gichimu, all of P.O. Box 90, Kagwe in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Waithira Gichimu alias Waithira c/o Gicimu, who died at Kagwe, on 20th October, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
