TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 62 OF 2020 By I I) Mary Njeri Kimani and (2) David Nduthu Gitau, both of P.O. Box 1022-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gitau Nduthu, who died at P.C.E.A., Kikuyu Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 2019. CAUSE No. 63 OF 2020 By (1) George Karanja Mburu and (2) John Nganga Mburu, both of P.O. Box 1022-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mburu Njoroge alias James Mburu alias Karanja Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th April, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
