TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 115 OF 2018 By Mary Muthoni Ngaruiya, of P.O. Box 7060-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Ngaruiya Gathuru alias Ngaruiya Gathuru, who died at Kahawa Wendani, on 2nd July, 2011. CAUSE No. 97 OF 2020 By (1) David Kihanya Mburu, (2) Peter Karanja Mburu, (2) Bertha Njeri Kiongo and (4) Moses Kogotho Mburu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evanson Mburu Gathui, who died at Nairobi, on 24th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
