CAUSE No. 91 OF 2020 By Rosemary Naliaka Wachiye, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nafula, who died at Kiboochi Village, on 13th April, 2018. Box 170, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makokha Sabuni Njilania alias Makokha Sabuni Njalania, who died at Ndengelwa, on 4th March, 2016.
