TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 12 OF 2020 By John Ndungu Nguyo, of P.O. Box 45, Subukia in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will of John Nderitu Mathenge, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 5th February, 2019. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2020 By (1) Esther Wambui Mbugua and (2) Samuel Kariuki Kiheri, both of P.O. Box 15643-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of of Joseph Kiheri Kariuki, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
