TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 1506 OF 2018 By (1) Anastacia Nyokabi Wanjohi, (2) Daniel Njenga Njoroge and (3) Samuel Ndungi Njenga, the deceased's daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Perista Waithera Njenga alias Felista Waithera Njenga alias Waithera Njenga, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 31st December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
