NOTICE is given that a petition for the insolvency/liquidation of the above-named company; Multiple Hauliers (EA) Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya under the provisions of the Companies Act and having its registered office at Airport South Road, Embakasi, and whose postal address is P. 0. Box 41391-00100, Nairobi, by the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts, Nairobi, was on the 9th March, 2020, presented to the said court by Synergy Industrial Credit Limited c/o Ahmednasir Abdikadir & Co., Advocates, 2nd Floor, CBA Building, Standard Street, P.O. Box 57731-00100 Nairobi. THAT the said Petition is directed to be heard before the High Court sitting in Nairobi, Commercial and Admiralty Division at 9.00 a.m. on the 7th May, 2020, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may give notice to the Petitioner's Advocate not later than 4.00 o'clock of the afternoon before the Petition is to be heard and appear at the time of hearing, in person, or by his advocate, for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
