WHEREAS jahira Begum Luis, as aummisii aim 01 int_ Vincent Agostinho Raphael Luis, of P.O. Box 1306, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 519/350, situate in Njoro Township in Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 53412/1, and whereas Vincent Agostinho Raphael Luis had charged the property in favour of Agricultural Finance Corporation for KSh. 5,000,000, and whereas an affidavit has been filed by Rose Akinyi Ochanda, of P.O. Box 30367-00100, Nairobi, in terms of section 71 of the said declaration that the said title registered as No. 53412/1 has been misplaced, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
