APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of powers conferred by Article 235 (1) of the Constitution of Kenya as read together with section 58 (1) (a), (b) and (4) of the County Governments Act, 2012, and following the approval of the Homa Bay Assembly in its sitting held on 9th April, 2020, in consonance with section 11 of the Public Appointments (County Assemblies Approval) Act, 2017, I, Cyprian Awiti, the Governor, Homa Bay County, appoints— Lawrence Ayoo Oteng (Dr.) Sarah N. Waswa Owino (Mrs.) Elijah Odondi Kodoh to be members of the Homa Bay County Public Service Board for a non-renewal period of six (6) years with effect from the 9th April, 2020.
