APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution of Kenya as read with section 44 (1), (2) and (3) of
the County Governments Act, 2012 and upon approval of the County
Assembly of Makueni in its 27th sitting of the fourth session of the
second County Assembly held on the 7th April, 2020, I, Kivutha
Kibwana, Governor of Makueni County, appoint—

as the County Secretary of the Makueni County Government.
