IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 181 of the Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning exempts the National Hospital Insurance Fund from the provisions of sections 22, 23 (1), 23 (3A) (a), 23 (4), 23 (5) and 23 (6) of the Insurance Act for purposes of the registration as an Insurer.
