NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 4th March, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 860, in Volume D1, Folio 67/1342, File No. MMXX, by our client, Monica Wathithi Muugi (mother), of P.O. Box 260-00618, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Shanice Njoki Nyampaye Wainaina (a minor), formerly known as Shanice Nyampaye Waite, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Shanice Nyampaye Waite, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shanice Njoki Nyampaye Wainaina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Shanice Njoki Nyampaye Wainaina only.
