THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS Ann Ochoki (Mrs.), Assistant Commissioner for Co- operative Headquarters, was appointed liquidator of Hortfilio Sacco Society Limited (CS/8047) (In liquidation), and whereas the said Ann Ochoki (Mrs.) is unable to act as liquidator upon her exit from Public Service. NOW therefore, I appoint Messrs. B. P. Ombuki & Associates, Certified Public Accoutants of P.O. Box 933–00518, Nairobi, to be liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society for a period not exceeding one (1) year and authorize him to take into his custody all the property of the said Society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for completion of the liquidation.
