REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Warutere Theuri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Ol Joro Orok Salient/15709, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 13 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to (1) Nancy Njoki Macharia (ID/9948607) and (2) Jake Theuri Warutere, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Joseph Warutere Theuri (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Warutere Theuri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
