WHEREAS Samuel Kimondo Theuri (ID/0512863), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 23.472 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kimana-Tikondo/4406, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card opened thereof has been lost/misplaced at Kajiado land registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
