REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Acanthus Investment Limited, of P.O. Box 48405– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of all Maisonette erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/II/453, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 122974/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by the bank to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
