APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4A (2) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act, 2011, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works appoints the persons whose names are set out in the Schedule hereto to be members of the Ad-hoc Committee for the delineation of the boundaries of Thika and Ruiru municipalities in Kiambu County, with effect from the 28th November, 2019.
