NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicle registration No. KAX 106J, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle which has been lying in our clients garage one Venat Ngure Mrombo at Mlolongo, within seven (7) days from the date of publication o fthis notice and upon payment of all the outstanding charges and incidental charges including costs of publishing this notice failure to which the said motor vehicle wil be sold by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale shall be used to defray the outstanding amount as provided under the Act without further reference.
