WHEREAS Mercy Mwendwa M'Ringera (ID/10146189), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kaputiei-North/20502, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card opened thereof has been lost/misplaced at Kajiado land registry, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
